Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for Supply Chain Intern (Purchasing) to be based at Kulim, Kedah.

Responsibility: -

1)Requested Quotation:

-Send out Request SOW to supplier and follow up the quotation.

2)PR to PO process:

-Convert Approve PR to PO in D365 system.

-Raise Ticket for new supplier to MDM

-Price Trade Journel to update

3)Expediting process:

-Generate open PO report

-Follow up open order from supplier and end user by email

-Close the PO accordingly.

4)Process Improvement:

-To make sure the Open order complete in time.

-Stay updated on the latest price trade.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Data Science, Statistic, Matematis or Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with independance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and experience with software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
