Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. You will support day-to-day processes, assist in data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating procurement activities and supplier communications.
  • Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and materials management.
  • Help prepare and analyze supply chain data and performance reports.
  • Participate in demand forecasting and production planning discussions.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment details.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual, responsible, and proactive attitude
