We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. You will support day-to-day processes, assist in data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating procurement activities and supplier communications.
- Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and materials management.
- Help prepare and analyze supply chain data and performance reports.
- Participate in demand forecasting and production planning discussions.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment details.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus (not mandatory)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
