Responsibilities

CI Leadership & Integration

  • Lead CI deployment across planning, procurement, manufacturing interfaces, inventory, logistics, and delivery
  • Facilitate Lean activities such as Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process improvement workshops
  • Align supply chain priorities with enterprise CI strategy, in partnership with CE&Q
  • Identify and deliver systemic improvements in flow, cycle time, cost, and reliability
  • Define and track key supply chain and order fulfillment KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns, lead/cycle time, cost)

Program Leadership

  • Lead global, cross-functional CI initiatives
  • Establish governance, prioritization, and performance tracking
  • Embed improvements into standard work, operating rhythms, and standardized processes

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted CI partner to Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment leadership
  • Leverage CE&Q CI resources for coaching and methodological guidance
  • Influence without authority to drive Lean adoption, disciplined problem solving, and change management

Capability & Culture

  • Coach leaders and teams to build CI capability within Supply Chain
  • Support training, Communities of Practice, and CI skill development with CE&Q partners
  • Reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven execution

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Operations, or Manufacturing
  • Strong Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving experience
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and engage senior leaders

Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • APICS CPIM / CSCP or PMP certification
  • Experience with ERP / SAP / MRP systems
  • Experience in global, multi-site supply chain environments
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
