The Practice - A Brief Sketch
You will be part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network - High-Tech (GN-HT) Semiconductor Practice, helping semiconductor clients manage key pain points across supply planning, material flow, and logistics compliance. This includes working on digital transformations, planning system improvements, bonded warehouse flows, and trade compliance optimization.
Let's infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you'll help drive the following:
Lead market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in semiconductor industry. Analyse client's business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences. Also, interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues.
Work with clients to analyze and optimizesupply chain and material flows across Fab, OSAT and end customer environments
Support projects related to S&OP, inventory planning, and MRP strategy, leveraging tools like SAP, Oracle or Kinaxis
Map out bonded warehouse flows, cross-border logistics and trade compliance processes, especially relevant in Southeast Asia
Contribute to supply chain visibility initiatives
Support stakeholder interviews, data collection and scenario modeling across planning and logistics functions
Build client-ready deliverables and support the project lead in timeline and workstream management
Collaborate in cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, procurementand IT stakeholders
Provide support to the client facing teams and/or handle client projects directly.
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers & presentations, on semiconductor topics
Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysisand diagnostics to evaluate client maturity across operations.
Build client-ready deliverables and support the project manager in managing timelines and workstreams.
Work in global, distributed teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of semiconductor supply chain structure, including IDM and OSAT coordination
Exposure to S&OP, material planning, inventory control, or logistics flows
Interest or experience in trade compliance (bonded warehouses, customs, cross-border flows) is a strong plus
Prior exposure to supply chain planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) preferred

For Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
2-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics in semiconductor/electronics or a similar industry
Exposure to planning tools, reporting dashboards, or trade/logistics operations
For Consultant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
5-9 years of experience in semiconductor, EMSor electronics supply chain roles
Consulting experience or involvement in supply chain transformation/digitalization projects is preferred
Ability to lead portions of client engagements and work independently with stakeholders
