Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement, warehouse, and logistics
• Manage warehouse operations and oversee 3rd party bonded warehouse at Port Klang
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels
• Handle supplier management, negotiations, and procurement activities
• Plan logistics, control freight costs, and ensure timely delivery
• Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with relevant authorities
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and China-based stakeholders
• Lead and develop team members to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Support ad hoc duties assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in supply chain within manufacturing or logistics industry
• Experience in warehouse, procurement, and logistics functions
• Strong knowledge in import/export and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing 3rd party or bonded warehouse is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP and strong Excel skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including China counterparts
• Willing to travel to Klang / Port Klang
