Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in overseeing procurement and warehouse operations to maximize productivity
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve targets and maintain strong team performance
- Execute strategic sourcing for direct materials and monitor indirect purchasing activities
- Ensure purchase order issuance complies with internal policies and guidelines
- Resolve cross-functional issues to maintain effective collaboration between departments
- Work closely with R&D and Quality teams on supplier and material approval processes
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, and inventory accuracy (both physical and system/SAP)
- Manage external warehouse coordination alongside indirect procurement team
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including FIFO/FEFO practices and audit requirements
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and proper documentation practices
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field
- Managerial experience within supply chain or relevant industrial environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Science, or equivalent
- Experience with commodity materials is highly preferred
