Industry: Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing / Energy Storage Solution

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations supporting our rapidly growing lithium-ion battery manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, regulatory compliance, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and efficient logistics operations to support production planning , inventory management, supplier co-ordination and customer delivery commitments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage direct material source development and cost down
• Procurement & Supplier Coordination - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery. - Expedite urgent orders and resolve supply issues.
• Support supplier development and cost optimization initiatives.
• Inventory management- mintor inventory levels of raw materials. Work in progress and finished goods
• Logistics - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. - Work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipping schedules and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and hazardous material handling regulations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business adminsitration , industrial engineering, or related engineering fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning, logistcis or inventory management
• SAP, Oracle, Microssoft Dynamics or similar
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Team player with continuous improvement mindset
