About the Job:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse and logistic operations to support S&OP process, ensuring timely product availability from manufacturing to retail.

The role will serve as a custodian to maintain strong governance and compliance according to organization's policy and statutory.

He/she will be in collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain team to strategically work on process improvements in order to achieve group supply chain vision.

  • Supervise delivery of the imported product to the warehouse and the distribution of the products from warehouse to POS.
  • Support and resolve delivery issues with delivery agents.
  • Establish the flow of order reception and delivery to new door or account.
  • Ensure the order (including return orders) processing from counters, other channels and all departments, and troubleshooting when there are issues.
  • Supervise the supply of local materials for the products assembly/labeling at warehouse.
  • Supervise and responsible for the operation of quality control and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Improve the performance and optimizing the SC costs using the various KPIs.

About you:

  • FMCG experience or similar industries.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with management experience
  • S&OP facilitation and implementation knowledge.
