Role Description

The Supply Chain Executive owns end-to-end fulfillment and operations to ensure customers are satisfied after they buy from our online storeacross forecasting, purchasing, supplier's production, QC, freight, customs, 3PL operations, Amazon FBA replenishment, delivery performance, and returns. You will work closely with the Supply Chain & Operations Team Lead to plan priorities, make tradeoffs, and execute improvements across all markets.

This role requires high ownership and strong problem-solving. When issues arise (late shipments, stockouts, damaged parcels, missing parts, 3PL receiving errors, quality spikes, compliance surprises), you act as the firefighter to diagnose root cause, coordinate stakeholders (factory, forwarder, 3PLs, internal teams), and drive the fix to completion. Outside of firefighting, you proactively pick the highest-opportunity areas to optimizeimproving on-time delivery, in-stock performance, product quality, and customer experience while reducing costs and return rates.

You will manage daily communication with China factories (Wechat), negotiate terms, and regularly travel to China to meet factory owners and drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a 12-month seasonal demand forecast and align it with the Team Lead and Marketing before execution
  • Convert forecast into purchase plans and POs, then manage PO execution end-to-end
  • Execute forecast adjustments during the year (ship earlier, delay, reallocate inventory) when actual demand deviates
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and production capacity with guidance from the Team Lead
  • Manage production timelines with factories and ensure milestones/deadlines are hit
  • Supervise factory QC process and drive defect reduction with the Team Lead
  • Identify product/packaging improvements that reduce issues and returns, and coordinate implementation with relevant teams
  • Plan and execute international freight (primarily FCL ocean) and customs documentation end-to-end
  • Ensure compliance readiness for first-time product shipments to new markets/requirements
  • Manage inventory health across 6 global 3PLs (US x2, UK, EU, CA, AU) and coordinate replenishment accordingly
  • Manage Amazon FBA replenishment flows in US/UK/EU alongside the broader inventory strategy
  • Monitor fulfillment performance and resolve incidents fast (delivery issues, damages, missing items, 3PL errors)
  • Track return rate trends and drive actions to reduce returns through root cause fixes
  • Maintain clean operational tracking in Excel/Shopify/WMS portals and keep stakeholders updated via Slack/email
  • Communicate daily with China suppliers on WeChat and travel to China to manage relationships and improvements
  • Other ad-hoc creative tasks that help the company succeed.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):

  • High Achiever Mindset Strong academic performance (e.g. excellent high school/university results, competition wins, scholarships, or Dean's List recognition).
  • Relevant Education BA/BSc in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations/Industrial Engineering (or related); other disciplines welcome with strong analytical skills and proven ability to execute.
  • Experience Level Fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of relevant eCommerce/growth/marketing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Work Ethic You take ownership, deliver results, and hold yourself to high standards.
  • Strong Mandarin communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work fast, juggle multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.
