A Sneak Peek into the Role:

You will oversee stock transfers, manage logistics and order fulfillment processes, and handle related administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, order management, and supply chain principles. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What will you do

  • Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics across suppliers, delivery partners, warehouses, and retail channels, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely distribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Corvan and overseas suppliers, coordinating production timelines, shipment schedules, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee B2C and B2B order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of customer experience.
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including stock counts, stock reconciliation, and inter-warehouse transfers to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.
  • Monitor logistics and fulfillment performance, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to optimize cost, speed, and reliability.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales and operations reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Manage invoice processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and resolution of discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee warranty claims and after-sales processes, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including marketing and customer engagement events (e.g., redemption campaigns), ensuring smooth operational execution.

What are we looking for

  • 2-3 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with hands-on experience in stock management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A detail-oriented and meticulous individual
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary offered: RM4000 - RM6000
