Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products and AI chip products.
Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target.
Able to handle high complexity of supply chain process and dynamic of demand changing.
Able to handle pressure working in high pressure environment.
