A Day In The Life

As the Lead in Supply Chain, you'll be the go-to expert for Supply Chain Planning on SAP S4 HANA and other exciting IBP transformation projects. You'll ensure our regional planning needs are seamlessly integrated into system design, testing, data readiness, and deployment. Get ready to drive the end-to-end planning process with documentation, solution validation, UAT, and cutover activities, all while collaborating with our global teams and implementation partners. You'll also support change management, training, and hypercare to guarantee a smooth transition to our new planning processes and systems.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Partner with Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Transformation teams to ensure S/4HANA and planning-related initiatives align with business requirements and are effectively delivered. Optimize and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Ensure delivery of all assigned Planning and S/4HANA tasks, providing timely updates to Digital Transformation leadership. Conduct analysis of trends to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
  • Drive APAC S/4HANA and planning project activity as the key regional point of contact, working with Planning SMEs, Global Process Owners, Project Management, and external implementation partners. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
  • Proactively engage planning stakeholders to identify process improvements, resource allocation, and alignment across end-to-end processes.
  • Develop a communication plan and collaborate with the planning team to plan participation in project deliverables and motivate the team through change. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
  • Document current-state (as-is) planning processes, mapping activities, stakeholders, decision points, handoffs, pain points, and gathering current state requirements. Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Write and contribute to detailed user stories that articulate business needs and expected outcomes and support measurement of current KPIs. Prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage realistic test scenarios, prepare and cleanse test data, review and execute test scripts, and validate end-to-end planning business processes during system integration testing.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions, including Day in the Life testing, gather feedback, validate processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and format planning master data.
  • Support data validation, conversion, and cutover activities; support Change Management through identifying key changes and training needs; deliver training; and provide SME hypercare support and updates to SOPs and process documentation.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in project management, inventory control.
  • Computer Skills Desired: SAP ECC / S4 HANA / SAP IBP.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English preferred.
