Role Overview
The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager manages end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities to support restaurant and retail operations. This role ensures timely material availability, cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance with food safety and Halal standards. The position works closely with internal teams and reports to top management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supply planning, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and performance reviews
- Control inventory levels to minimize shortages, overstock, and wastage
- Monitor logistics and third-party providers to ensure service quality
- Manage supply chain and procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal, and audit requirements
- Lead, guide, and develop the supply chain and procurement team
- Provide regular performance and cost reports to management

- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery
- Inventory accuracy and ageing
- Procurement cost savings
- Supplier performance and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 58 years of supply chain or procurement experience (F&B preferred)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and Halal standards
