This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain / Purchasing Executive located in Selangor, Malaysia. The main responsibilities include managing purchase orders and requisitions, optimizing procurement processes, and maintaining close collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, negotiating supplier agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overseeing Purchase Management processes
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement principles and strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
