Solution Design & Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Design & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse solution design, operational excellence, and customer implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics operations, warehouse setup, customer engagement, project management, and high-volume warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop warehouse and logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical and operational support during customer discussions and solution presentations.
- Conduct customer consultations to understand operational needs and recommend suitable warehouse solutions.
- Perform manpower planning and resource allocation for warehouse operations.
- Plan and execute new warehouse setup, layout optimization, and operational readiness.
- Develop warehouse workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Lead warehouse implementation and continuous improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Lead high-volume inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including peak season planning and execution.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost optimization, and service quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Proven experience in warehouse solution design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience providing pre-sales operational or technical support.
- Strong customer consultation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manpower planning and warehouse resource management.
- Experience setting up new warehouse operations and warehouse layouts.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse workflow design and SOP development.
- Proven project management experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound warehouse operations, especially during peak seasons.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL, Supply Chain Consulting, Warehouse Operations/Management, or Logistics Solution Design.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, contract logistics, automation projects, or regional/cross-border logistics operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into practical operational solutions.
- Good command of both English and Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
