Role Description:
As a Supply Chain Specialist at Evlos, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, logistics, and inventory controlsupporting our high-tech product development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement of components, equipment, and services aligned with project timelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure accuracy in inventory levels, stock movements, and system updates
- Monitor, analyze, and report supply chain performance, suggesting improvements
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, import/export compliance, and customs clearance
- Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure all supply chain activities align with company cost-efficiency and quality goals
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in inventory and procurement software/tools (e.g., ERP systems)
- Solid understanding of import/export regulations and supply chain compliance
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or high-tech industries
- Familiarity with machine vision components and technical sourcing
- Knowledge of lean supply chain principles or Six Sigma
- Hands-on experience with international shipping, especially within Southeast Asia
