Job Purpose & Position Summary
- Supporting day-to-day operations for Global Logistics, Order Fulfilment, FG Inventory/Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Cycle Counts and location audits in assigned warehouse locations are carried out regularly.
- Prepares and distributes weekly inventory and KOI reports for the management team
- Monitors inventory adjustments to determine procedural justification and processes accordingly.
- Answers and/or resolves inventory questions from various departments and customers.
- Management of stores and logistics operations to achieve the project needs in a timely and safe manner.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and delivery of FG products or materials.
- Execute, delegate, oversee and advise on responsibilities of Warehouse and Logistics Operations staff to ensure strategy implementation, goals and objectives are accomplished.
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing and delivering of FG products or materials.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders on shipping documents and provide logistics support to ensure On-Time-Delivery.
- Handle enquiries from and liaise with governmental and third parties, including export and import documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining proper records of activities, including time tracking of Proof of Delivery receipt.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
-Education: Degree in business management or other related course. Diploma in related Logistics /Distributions
-Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English
-Experience: 5-8 years industrial experience with 3-5 years relevant experience specialising in PMC, supply chain
- Knowledge of Wafer Electrical Test data with strong analytical abilities
- Knowledge of processor performance data to predict and maintain product speed/power goals
- Ability to use equations and plots to analyse power and current dependencies to processor circuit frequencies
- Knowledge or experience with principles of logic and circuit design
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Strong communication, expression and coordination skills
- Able to perform in-depth research on complicated issues
