This is a job opening for a Business Process Analyst within Keysight's Order Fulfilment (OF) organization. We are looking for candidates who have strategic thinking and outcome-based mindset to apply for this job. The successful candidate will be the spearhead of IST/COE revenue for Keysight including develop the processes and reports for accurate revenue projection with complex accounting rules and solution business contract. The job roles include to lead key initiatives with order fulfilment, working closely with crossfunctional team of engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and businesses to achieve strategic and organizational results.

Job Summary
We are hiring a
Supply Chain Specialist to lead
end-to-end supply chain transformation, advanced planning system design, and data analytics initiatives across a global manufacturing network.
This role focuses on
Oracle MRP, Kinaxis Maestro RapidResponse, Digital Supply Chain, AI/ML analytics, and Agile project management, enabling
Control Tower and Digital Twin capabilities for real-time, data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Transformation
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional supply chain projects (planning, manufacturing, IT, product teams)
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, UAT, deployment, and change management
- Apply Agile methodology (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management) for iterative delivery
- Drive business process re-engineering and operating model transformation
- Deliver projects involving MRP, RapidResponse (Kinaxis), and supply chain digitization
Advanced Planning Systems (APS) & Technical Leadership
- Serve as functional and technical lead for:
- Oracle MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Kinaxis Maestro RapidResponse (RR)
- Configure and optimize:
- BOM (Bill of Materials), Routing, Item Master, Planning Parameters, Forecast Consumption
- Demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning
- Enable:
- Smart Build Plan (SBP)
- Run-rate demand planning with capacity constraints
- Scenario simulation and what-if analysis
- Design solutions supporting:
- End-to-end visibility (E2E supply chain)
- Vertical integration across supply chain nodes
- Supply Chain Control Tower and Digital Twin
Data Analytics, BI & AI/ML
- Develop supply chain dashboards and KPIs using:
- Power BI, SQL, Excel, Incorta, or equivalent BI tools
- Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics for:
- Demand forecasting
- Inventory optimization
- Supply risk mitigation
- Ensure master data governance and data quality:
- BOM, routing, item attributes, planning data
- Apply AI/ML techniques and automation to improve decision-making
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Supply chain planning
- MRP systems
- Supply chain transformation or analytics
