Supply Chain Specialist (Operations / Execution) - Contract Position
A global healthcare organisation is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support day-to-day operations within a dynamic and evolving supply chain environment. This role focuses on hands-on execution, ensuring demand is translated into supply and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Scope of Work
- Translate demand forecasts into supply and replenishment requirements
- Execute purchase orders and replenishment planning
- Ensure timely supply and inventory availability to meet customer demand
- Manage importation, logistics coordination, and warehousing activities
- Handle order management processes, including order processing, invoicing, and returns
- Monitor and resolve supply chain exceptions and issues
- Maintain accurate data within ERP and planning systems
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, customers)
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in supply chain operations/planning/logistics
- Order management
- Inventory/planning
- Procurement or logistics coordination
- Experience using SAP (ECC / APO) or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Effective stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or regulated industries
- Exposure to planning tools (e.g. Kinaxis)
- Experience working in regional or shared service environments
