Role Overview:
This position is part of the SCI Group Supply Chain Center and is responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment and cross-border logistics operations across the SEA region. The role works closely with internal cross-functional teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Planning) and external third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and cost optimization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, 3PL warehouse management, and e-commerce fulfillment, with the ability to support broader supply chain activities such as inventory planning and purchase coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse, Fulfillment & 3PL Operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to plan and execute daily e-commerce fulfillment operations in accordance with business requirements and platform SLAs.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and returns management, ensuring KPI and service-level targets are met.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for fulfillment delays, inventory discrepancies, and SLA deviations; drive corrective and preventive actions with 3PL partners.
- Review and evaluate 3PL performance, identify improvement opportunities, escalate operational risks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with Customer Service teams and last-mile delivery partners to manage delivery exceptions, claims, and customer complaints effectively.
- Cross-border Logistics & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end cross-border logistics operations, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and inter-country stock transfers across SEA markets and China.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant and on-time stock movement.
- Support new market entry and pre-business launch activities by researching logistics feasibility and product compliance requirements in SEA countries.
- Assist in cross-border logistics planning to balance lead time, logistics cost, and inventory availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 13 years in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or import/ export experience.
- Experience managing 3PL warehouses and fulfillment partners.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, charts).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is must.
- Team-oriented, hands-on, and willing to work through operational issues together when required.
