Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound Shipment Planning & Scheduling
  • Order & Inventory Coordination
  • Liaise with customers and other main points of contact
  • Provide regular reports (KPI, Recon, shipment planning, etc.)
  • Department Specification Handling

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related fields
  • A diploma can be considered if the candidates possess working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) will be an added advantage
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Willingness to work if required (Weekends depends on shipment schedules)
