Supply Chain Transformations – Program Manager

Role Summary  

This role sits within the RL Supply Chain Transformations team, responsible for managing  

projects that support NPI (New Product Introduction) operations across manufacturing and  

supply chain. The Program Manager will ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional  

teams for on-time delivery of technology solutions, system enhancements, and process  

automation that enable NPI workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong program  

management capabilities with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain  

operations. Experience in NPI or the broader product development lifecycle is a distinct  

advantage.  

Responsibilities  

Project & Program Execution  

● Manage detailed project timelines, milestone tracking, and deliverables  

● Drive end-to-end delivery of projects supporting NPI operations - including system  

implementations, tool enhancements, and process automation initiatives  

● Track and manage risks, dependencies, and action items; escalate issues proactively  

● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements  

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management  

● Serve as the primary focal point between engineering teams, operations, and business  

stakeholders  

● Lead cross-functional meetings to align project milestones, drive open items to closure,  

and compile regular reports for management  

● Facilitate requirements workshops, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change  

management for new system rollouts  

Qualifications  

● 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, product development, or supply  

chain program management  

● Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes, with  

knowledge of factory capabilities and product lifecycle management (PLM)  

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion

● Proficiency with project tracking methodologies and PM softwares like Smartsheet, Jira,  

etc  

● Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
