Job Responsibilities:
Transportation & Logistics Cost Control
Calculate and analyse transportation and delivery costs by route, trip, or SKU
Monitor logistics expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare basic cost comparison and efficiency reports
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and transporters
Plan delivery schedules and routes to improve efficiency
Handle shipment issues, delays, and operational challenges
Warehouse Arrangement & Space Optimisation
Plan and improve warehouse layout, racking, and space utilisation
Ensure proper SKU zoning, labelling, FIFO/FEFO practices
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses or locations
Ordering Flow & Inventory Control
Manage ordering flow based on sales forecast, MOQ, and lead time
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stock-out
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Warehouse Staff Management
Coordinate daily warehouse operations and manpower deployment
Support stock counts, audits, and operational improvements
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure warehouse and supply chain activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare regular reports on shipment status, stock level, and warehouse operations.
Support audits and stock counts when required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 24 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Strong experience in transportation cost calculation & cost control
Knowledge of warehouse layout planning and inventory flow
Able to coordinate with multiple parties and manage daily operational issues.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems (AutoCount is an advantage).
