Position Overview

Oversee the inbound flow for local market and overseas markets. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate all procurement orders from Hong Kong largely and submit to supplier.
  • Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up closely on any quantity or price discrepancy with supplier, publish discrepancy report monthly.
  • Follow up closely on order fulfillment and item availability.
  • Track freight spending.
  • Build and sustain a strong supplier-distributor relationship.
  • Churn weekly inventory and stocks in transit report and disseminate to stakeholders.
  • Manage stocks transfer for different sites.
  • Article creation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a preference in supply chain management, and/or logistics.

Demonstrated ability with 2+ years of experience in a global Supply Chain environment with an in-depth knowledge and experience of SAP and Incoterms.

Critical thinking to understand the big picture and connect the dots with all organizational layers and ongoing projects/improvements.

High level of interpersonal/relationship skills with the ability to communicate optimally with colleagues and management.

Team player, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality work to support everyone's needs.

Open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement and challenging status quo.
