About The Role

Location: Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan

Reports to: Supply Network Planning Manager

The Supply Network Planning Executive is responsible for supporting the development, management, evaluation, and improvement of planning studies performed in the country. Provides short- and medium-term planning insights to the senior leadership team on supply and capacity requirements across the end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing plants, production lines, deployment, and warehouse location and size. The objective of this position is to support the availability of the right operational capacity to fulfill customer demand in a cost-effective manner.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of fulfillment strategies using sales forecasts, inventory reports, and other data sources to help balance warehousing, fulfillment, freight costs, and customer delivery timelines across in-house, imports, and toll-pack operations.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and project short- to medium-term supply and demand analysis (e.g., capacity planning) and provide insights on potential constraints. Assist in analyzing production capacity requirements based on planning horizons.
  • Provide supply chain insights to internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal) to support business decisions and planning alignment.
  • Coordinate new product launches to ensure timely outgate, forecast alignment, and product depletion with minimal write-off, in line with management direction.
  • Coordinate and support resolution of SAP issues related to planning or stock availability, and assist in system-related initiatives (e.g., SAP PP module, Prevail, and master data).
  • Support monitoring and control of finished goods inventories for assigned items to help achieve financial and service targets, ensuring optimal product availability through effective utilization of available assets.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and readily accessible demand and supply chain data for working files and SAP systems.
  • Develop understanding of planning concepts and models across processes and support continuous performance evaluation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly stock reports with analysis of current inventory levels.
  • Participate as a stakeholder in S&OE processes to share supply updates and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Support preparation of supply plans for Brunei based on demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with co-packers to support finished goods supply and production planning.
  • Provide supply forecasts for toll-packers (3rd party KJ) based on demand forecasts.
  • Support finished goods inventory availability using demand forecasts to meet operational plans and customer demand across in-house, import, and toll-pack supply sources.

What You Bring

  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant working experience in supply planning, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills including Microsoft Office Tools & SAP R/3 (SNP, MRP).
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a collaborative team player with leadership potential.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
