Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of finished goods replenishment strategies that balance supply and demand across regional distribution centers and stocking locations within the PU, ensuring accurate dependent demand signals are generated for manufacturing and sourcing sites through Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Drive medium- to long-term supply network projections and scenario analysis to anticipate capacity constraints, evaluate mitigation options, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for the PU Supply Review within the S&OP cycle.
  • Provide strategic support to short-term DRP deployment planners to resolve near-term capacity and supply risks while protecting service performance.
  • Own the finished goods inventory allocation framework for the PU, aligned to demand forecasts, service level commitments, and inventory policies.
  • Ensure planning master data governance, maintaining accuracy and compliance with global standards for lead times, service levels, and replenishment parameters.
  • Ensure optimal product availability while balancing working capital, minimizing excess inventory, and reducing obsolescence exposure.
  • Proactively identify supply and inventory risks, including potential stockouts, surplus inventory, and capacity limitations, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with deployment planning, production planning, procurement, and PU Supply Planning Delivery Leads to enable efficient, end-to-end product flow.
  • Partner with PU Supply Planning Delivery Leads, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams to ensure replenishment strategies are fully aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities.
  • Support Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by providing senior stakeholders with clear insights into supply constraints, capacity outlooks, and inventory trends, in collaboration with PU S&OE Planning Delivery Leads and the PU S&OP Manager.
  • Leverage the end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro planning platform to deliver medium- to long-term replenishment planning, utilizing scenario modelling to assess trade-offs between service, cost, and inventory.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including service levels, availability, inventory turns, and forecast consumption, translating data into decision-ready insights.

  • Must be competent to handle a set of core skills required for the role which includes general banking and credit card queries.
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
