We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Planning Executive to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Adjust safety stock levels to prevent stockouts while managing demand volatility.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to minimize excess inventory and avoid shortages.
- Work closely with Affiliate Supplier & 3PL to ensure timely delivery in full quantity.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing & Brand Marketing teams to align supply strategies with market needs and forecasts.
- Identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to maintain service continuity.
- Provide scenario simulations during supply disruptions to support decision making.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports to support strategic decisions.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Superior or Management from time to time.
- Use planning tools such as SAP and Excel to manage supply chain data and processes.
- Ensure Master Data is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, or FMCG environments will have an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision making.
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel-based analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP or other planning systems will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to forecasting, demand planning, or FMCG operations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well across teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Mandarin is an added advantage.
