Job Purpose
- Provide support for the IFCA Net, IFCA Lease365, Uipath, Talend, Abbyy Flexicapture, I-residential and CSS system. SAP BPC planning and console is a plus.
- Ensure that the system application's solution is in line with business objectives, facilitating end-to-end business transactions, process automation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Maintain smooth operation of the system, ensuring acceptable levels of availability, integrity, performance, and resilience.
- Deliver high-quality IT services to business users.
- Optimize system functionalities to maximize economic value for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports supervisor to establish, implement, monitor, maintain and improve the divisional/BU/OU Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, Property Development, Fixed Asset, Rental and Residential Management System.
- Support and maintain the system for Property Business and ensure system stability.
- Support supervisor in ensuring IT investments and IT Operation deliver value to Property Business.
- Responsible to manage projects deliver on time, on budget and according to requirement.
- Responsible to manage work tasks and transfer of knowledge for operation teams to the applications implemented.
- Responsibility to estimate effort, budget and manage costs for Divisional Specific projects implementation initiatives.
- Support supervisor to ensure the implemented system complies to Group Standard.
Job Dimension (Impact and Accountabilities)
- Ensure that applications implementation and maintenance, as well as software support, are closely aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Take charge of establishing, mentoring, and perpetuating application, and software support competencies within the SDP IT applications team.
- Foster the development of a highly adaptable and proficient SDP IT applications team.
- Deliver impactful projects on budget and on time.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer technology, information systems, engineering, finance accounting or a related field. Specialized in IT Systems Software and Support.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years relevant experience in IT application systems support
- Certification in COBIT/ITIL/TOGAF is a plus.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience in supporting complex systems, preferably within the property management domain, experience in IFCA and YARDI system is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools and processes, such as Jira, ITSM.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
- Continue to manage client relationships post-launch, including handling escalations from the support team.
