Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Lead the monitoring of interfaces between CONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ORACLE, ensuring swift coordination and resolution of any issues with vendor(s) and the technical support team.
  • Oversee and validate the timely and accurate generation of CONCUR reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Act as the key liaison with vendor(s) and technical support teams and troubleshoot complex queries/issues raised for CONCUR, ESKER, and CITIDIRECT.
  • Lead and maintain effective communications with finance teams and application users across departments and subsidiaries and mentor junior on effective communication practices.
  • Lead and review KPI reporting for the FSO department and Head of FSO on a monthly basis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate and provide expert support for subsidiary projects and FSO transition initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance team productivity through process optimization, automation of routine tasks, and improved knowledge management.
  • Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements in service quality by resolving complex customer issues and driving problem-solving efforts.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services with professionalism and efficiency in handling complex customer queries.
  • Mentor and support junior team members by sharing best practices and promoting ongoing process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regional standards while promoting standardized, scalable operational procedures across business units.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-4 years working experience in IT/Business/Finance or any related field.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Finance or equivalent.
  • Shared Services experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using financial systems includingCONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ERPis an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in application support or related function.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with particular strength in MS Excel and familiarity with Power Platform (considered an advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset in dynamic, constantly changing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Mature, confident, disciplined, and highly self-motivated.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and focused on achieving results.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently.
