Job Summary

To assist alternate channel teams on daily operation for stock replacement ordering process & perform stock tagging. All starter simpack required to pack to each individual outlet according to sales allocation & arrange to deliver by courier service

Job Responsibilities

Process Stock Orders Review sales team requests, create orders in the system, and coordinate with logistics for stock collection and replenishment

Stock Handling & Tagging Segregate, tag, and pack stocks according to the outlet/store list provided by the sales team.

Delivery & Courier Coordination Arrange deliveries via courier, track consignments, and ensure consignment kits are received on time.

Documentation & Tracking Handle goods receiving, print documents, download reports (POD, GRN, SDO), and maintain accurate records for invoicing and tracking.

Clerical & Support Tasks Perform basic admin work (e.g., photocopying, filing) and support sales team ad-hoc requests or mini projects.

Backup & Team Support Assist colleagues when they are on leave and ensure tasks are completed as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education & Computer Skills Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent). Additional qualifications in logistics, operations, or related fields are an advantage. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably familiar with stock/order management systems.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy Strong focus on accuracy in stock tagging, packing, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and error-free delivery processes.

Communication & Coordination Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written). Must be able to communicate clearly with internal teams, sales staff, logistics, and courier partners.

Work Attitude & Team Spirit Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet a strong team player who is responsible, proactive, and adaptable to ad-hoc tasks or fast-paced environments.

Time Management & Problem-Solving Capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines, resolving delivery or stock-related issues quickly, and staying organized to ensure smooth daily operations.
