This is a full-time on-site role, located in Petaling Jaya, for a Support Team member. The role involves offering technical and customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing efficient solutions for clients. As part of the support team, you will collaborate closely with customers to address inquiries, resolve problems, and maintain satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires working alongside internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system and application issues effectively.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to analyze issues and provide logical, efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya with a commitment for full-time availability.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of Human Resource Management Systems is a plus.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or certifications in HR, IT, technical support, or a related field.
