Responsibilities:

1: Assist the manager to be responsible for the daily work arrangement and scheduling of QC posts in the quality control department

1. The quality control department of each QC personnel's work efficiency, work quality confirmation, and work progress control;

2. Be responsible for supervising and inspecting the management of the three quality control points of incoming materials, manufacturing process and shipment, and do a good job of confirmation.

3. Be responsible for collecting, summarizing and analysing various quality data, and putting forward weekly and monthly work summary and analysis

4. The information and other documents involved in the work have the obligation of confidentiality.

Responsibility two: to assist the manager inspection work supervision

1. In strict accordance with the ISO9001 international quality certification standards.

2. The quality control department carries out various quality work and the specific implementation and implementation of various management systems, as well as constructive suggestions or opinions.

3. Confirm the company's various quality standards and inspection methods and supervise the implementation.

4. Strict self-discipline and restraint department subordinates to abide by the company's various management systems, to prevent the breeding of bad atmosphere.

5. Develop the training plan of the department, as well as the quality of the production department staff training.

Requirements:

1. fluent in Chinese and English, education level: Bachelor degree or above

2. Training/Major: Science and Engineering Major

3. Knowledge and skills: familiar with production technology, skilled use of QC 7 techniques, quality management 5 tools, 5S site management

4. Work experience: quality management position more than 5 years

5. Computer: skilled use of CAD, three-dimensional drawing software, Photoshop

6. Language ability: CET-4

7. Ability and quality: strong leadership, communication ability, organization and coordination ability, analysis and decision-making ability, influence, planning and overall planning ability and execution ability;

8. Add new positions and enter the job as soon as possible.
