The Sustainability Department focuses on driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, climate risk management, and compliance with evolving regulations.
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful sustainability projects while gaining valuable experience in the insurance industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sustainability Intern, you will:
Contribute to ESG Reporting and Disclosures:
- Assist in preparing internal and external sustainability reports.
- Help collect, organize, and analyze data for ESG disclosures.
Support Regulatory Research & Compliance:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing regulatory requirements related to climate disclosures and sustainability reporting.
- Conduct research on industry trends, ESG frameworks, and emerging risks.
Content Creation & Communication:
- Create presentations, infographics, and written content to communicate sustainability initiatives to various stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas for communication campaigns and employee engagement on ESG topics.
Administrative Support:
- Organize meetings, workshops, and events related to sustainability and climate topics.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing undergraduate studies or recently graduated from a degree program in Sustainability, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Actuarial, Environmental Science, Communications, or any related fields.
- Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 3 months.
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, and ESG topics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Creative skills (e.g., graphic design, content creation, data visualization) are a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
