Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days)
This role is responsible for building and delivering a technical curriculum that will equip our service sales, service technicians, engineers, call center and customer consultants with the skills and competencies necessary to serve our customers. The role will drive effective development and execution of training strategy in the areas of onboarding, curriculum development, assessment, certification and product launch/service offering support. This role must be able to facilitate training programs, customize and implement learning and development strategies to suit the needs of the different audience. This role will also partner with sales offices to develop Sales and service operation standard works and develop action plans to improve performance.
