Job Description

THE WORK: Discover the opportunity to build knowledge and support the team while participating in problem solving discussions. This role will involve engaging with Workstation Support in a way that fosters growth and collaboration.   • Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
  • Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
  • Maintain data retention practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Expert proficiency in Workstation Support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

  • Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Beginner proficiency in network connectivity support.
  • Advanced proficiency in customer service and communication skills.
