Some of their solutions are designed to enhance communication among healthcare professionals, improve patient care coordination, and optimise clinical workflows.
Not to forget, they are a technology company so they also develop software platforms, communication devices and integrated solutions for the healthcare industry. They have a team in Australia providing system administration support throughout ANZ and they are looking to heave someone in Malaysia providing the same solution.
Job Description
As the System Administrator, your main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining, escalating, resolving, troubleshooting, reporting, and supporting users on all things JIRA.
- Schedule system health checks and maintain related records.
- Contract management: including supply data, generate & send invoices, data storage, contract renewals, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of installed products and equipment in the Dynamics AX system, including updates for new installations, modifications, or decommissions, to ensure effective service management and customer support.
- Provide scheduled & ad-hoc reports on faults, complaints, contract maintenance, JIRA reports, etc.
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification in computer science, database management or related IT field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in JIRA/ERP system administration and/or database management.
- MUST have experience with JIRA. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX / Axapta is highly desirable.
- Exposure to sales administration/sales data management would be ideal.
- Ability to display understanding of pricing, discounts, levels of approval, and contract maintenance.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-starter with good time management skills.
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders equipped with excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
