System Administrator & Technical Specialist (Remote – Global Team)

Location: Remote (Central European Time Zone)

Experience: 8+ Years

Nationality: Open (Preference for Philippines candidates)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator & Technical Specialist to join a global team supporting a financial risk & management platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to ensure system stability, seamless integrations, and successful market implementations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support systems across development, test, and production environments
  • Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support (incident, problem, and change management)
  • Support global market rollouts and system implementations
  • Monitor:
  • System performance
  • Batch jobs
  • Integrations and interfaces
  • Troubleshoot issues through:
  • Log analysis
  • Integration payloads
  • Error handling and root-cause analysis
  • Maintain and enhance:
  • API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
  • Integration specifications
  • XML/APPXML definitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and IT standards
  • Support release cycles, upgrades, and regression testing
  • Participate in on-call rotations when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in System Administration / Technical Support
  • Strong experience with:
  • API integrations (REST / SOAP)
  • XML-based data formats
  • Knowledge of:
  • Middleware / system integrations
  • Application logs and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of financial processes (loan/leasing domain is a plus)
  • Familiarity with:
  • Jira
  • ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture & infrastructure
  • Experience working in a global or remote team environment
  • ITIL certification is an added advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in English
