Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for business applications, including incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts (Bash/PowerShell) for automation and job monitoring.
- Work with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL for data analysis, query optimization, and issue resolution.
- Support Java-based components and assist in system integrations or configuration updates.
- Perform testing (SIT/UAT), coordinate deployments, and ensure system stability across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in system analysis or L2/L3 application support.
- Strong skills in Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Java for system debugging.
- Experience working with Unix, Linux, and Windows OS.
Good to have: Python scripting and exposure to AML/Fraud platforms.
