Position: Technical BA / System Analyst
Contract Duration: 612 Months (Extendable)
Work Arrangement: Onsite Kuala Lumpur (Local Malaysian candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 35 years of solid BA/SA experience
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with users
- Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to support solution design and delivery
- Participate in system analysis, impact assessment, and solution validation
- Support UAT activities including test planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking
- Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business objectives and technical standards
- Provide ongoing support, clarifications, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 35 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement management, and system design
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience preparing documentation: BRD, FSD, user stories, workflows, and wireframes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Good to have: Healthcare domain exposure / project experience
