About The Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive / support Private Bank technology projects.
  • Working with the technology stakeholders to ensure concise, coherent, consistent and quality reporting and technology delivery management for PB projects
  • Manage Project support activities covering ( but not limited to) :
  • Resource management (On/off boarding ,
  • Contract management ( SOW/ memo/ PR/PO etc.
  • Documentation management ( SDM , Timesheets etc.)
  • Other Administrative tasks ( Room bookings, Follow ups on project / BAU items)
  • Duty involves working with different stakeholders from Technology team and vendor partners. Expected to act as a proxy for PB GMET project support throughout the PB and CSS projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in delivery planning, project support activity planning.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and ensuring closure of project activities.
  • Experienced in Resource and Budget management .
  • Experienced in Project management office support role.
  • Experienced in technology delivery management and usage of Microsoft Project & Visio.
  • Understanding of Project SDLC.
  • Experienced in MS word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
