Responsible for supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP systems to ensure smooth business operations. Works with users and teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP system settings based on business needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
- Support users by handling incidents, requests, and system-related queries
- Monitor system performance and ensure stability
- Work with technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementations
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and issues
- Identify and suggest improvements to system processes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with SAP systems S/4HANA
- Good understanding of system configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with SAP support or helpdesk processes
- Exposure to system implementation or upgrades
