System Application Support

Hiring: System Application Support (Contract – 6 Months)

Location: On-site, Kwasa Damansara

Industry: Fund Management & Retirement

We are currently looking for an experienced System Application Support professional to support enterprise-level applications within a financial services environment.

This role involves supporting application stability, handling system issues, coordinating testing activities, and working closely with business users to ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support application/system operations and ensure system stability

• Analyse business requirements and perform impact assessment

• Manage SIT & UAT activities

• Support enterprise applications and ensure SLA compliance

• Monitor system performance and assist in incident reduction initiatives

• Work on system improvement and preventive maintenance actions

Requirements:

• 4–6 years experience in application/system support or programming role

• Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow

• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Experience in SIT & UAT (minimum 2 years)

• Java/HTML knowledge is an added advantage

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
