By joining our Trading Technology & Architecture division, you will collaborate closely with elite engineering and risk squads in a collaborative environment where your blueprints directly safeguard data consistency and operational resilience across the entire trading lifecycle.

about the job

  • Architect Trading Systems: Define the end-to-end architecture for Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk Management (RMS), and FIX gateways.

  • Drive Modernization: Lead the solution architecture for strategic platform transformation, functional enhancements, and technology modernization.

  • Ensure Peak Performance: Guarantee low-latency, high-availability, and fault-tolerant system designs.

  • Integrate the Lifecycle: Establish seamless integration patterns between front office, middle office, clearing, settlement, and reporting systems.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all architectures strictly comply with market rules, internal risk policies, and regulatory audit requirements.

the requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in Trading Systems / Capital Markets IT, with a proven track record in solution architecture or senior technical leadership roles.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk, and the FIX protocol.

  • Technical Deep-Dive: Advanced knowledge of low-latency/high-availability design, database systems, and performance optimization.

  • Stakeholder Mastery: Outstanding ability to engage, influence, and communicate with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders.
