The role of System Assurance Manager is critical in ensuring the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) analysis over the system requirements across projects under his/her purview. This involves meticulously translating the analysis results into actionable targets and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives for the overall system. Essentially, they oversee and guarantee the system's reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety aspects, playing a pivotal role in optimizing system performance and mitigating potential risks.

Ensure that System Assurance supports the deliverables throughout the project lifecycle from planning, design review, installation/built, testing and commissioning. Operational (DLP) until COMMS system handover under Sapura Responsibility.

Perform reviews of project delivery against systems assurance requirements whilst complying with standards and evaluate lessons learned from previous projects.

Coordinate and ensure that committed RAMS deliverables to all projects are achieved within time, quality, budget and in line with legislation and safety (submissions, comments and responses).

Oversea quality assurance processes and audits related to RAMS activities (Verification and Validation), ensuring compliance with Industry standards and regulations.

Provide guidance and advice to project teams on RAMS requirements, standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Supporting other departments (design, procurement, quality, T&C, etc) in the understanding of the RAMS processes and actions in particular with regards to the interfaces in between the departments.

Ensuring the RAMS performance (monitoring and reporting) is properly managed during each project/tender, and follow-up the main open RAMS actions for at risk/challenging.

Identify and manage risk related to system assurance and RAMS aspects and provide proactive risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Ensuring and identifying adequate RAMS resources are appointed to the projects/tenders.

Oversee and manage all aspects of RAM Demonstration Tests and Performance Testing, ensuring that systems meet the required reliability, availability, and maintainability standards.

RTS Project until end of December 2026

1. Hazard Log Report

a) Rev08 is Code 2 due to pending T&C Reports and EMC reports submission.

b)Rev09 needs to be compiled and submitted by March 2026.

For Orient SA to follow up, manage and review.

2. RAM Demonstration

a) Interim RAM Report - this should be updated as part of MPR during Trial Op phase.

b) RAM Demonstration Report - to produce on monthly basis starting from DNP phase or otherwise stated by Client.

Develop 1st report RAM Demonstration and will be continued by DLP Team for next report

FRACAS manage by internal Sapura team

3. Monthly Progress Meeting

For Orient SA to follow up and manage

MPR SA update in Section 11 on monthly basis.

4. SA Monthly Progress Meeting

For Orient SA to follow up and manage

Meeting as when required

5. QMS QO KPI

Internal Sapura QA/QC coordination

Monthly update - by 1st week of the month on the QO KPI's

6. ICE T&C Audit

The required input has been provided to PMT and is presently being consolidated.

7. Software

1) The Master Software Tracker (MST) shall be updated upon receipt of the SCRF. The revised MST version will then be issued and shared with SULRT3. Next MST submission is V.1.9(draft).
