Job Responsibilities
This role requires to collaborate with requesters and engineers on product requirements and business processes, translating product requirements into workable models, and writing functional specifications with diagrams, wireframes, and solutions. The role was also required to assist document knowledge base and liaise with technical teams to understand application flow and limitations, technical tasks, projects, and tools like Confluence & Jira.
- ssists in translating the requirements of the product into logical workable models.
- Assist in writing detailed functional requirement specification which includes workflow diagram, wireframe/mock-ups, process design, and evaluating alternative solutions as needed.
- Enhance the knowledge base documentation for system and application specification
- Assists in the documentation of SOP/Policy
- Work closely with the support team on the post-implementation of features & CRs
- Prepare meeting/discussion materials, and conduct meetings when necessary
- Improve agile workflow and Atlassian Jira automation if possible
- Follow up on technical projects in and timely to ensure satisfaction of deliverables
Pre-Requisites
- Undergo studying in a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated self-starter, detail, and quality oriented
- Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
