A globally recognized corporate services platform-with over 2,000 professionals across international markets is looking for a L2-L3 System Engineer who will be responsible for providing Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for company's infrastructure, and ensuring stable and efficient operations across the environment.
In addition to the BAU responsibilities, the role will contribute to project initiatives focused on infrastructure enhancements and security revamp efforts within the Business Unit(s). This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support M365 suite, with mandatory hands-on administration of Exchange online(transport rule, connector, compliance policy), Teams(UC, VC, Teams IM, channels), OneDrive/SharePoint(B2B, device sync, usage report), Intune(endpoint management, security policy, device onboarding, autopatch, autopilot) etc
- Administer and maintain Azure services (Identity and access control, enterprise app, resource provision, Azure monitor, billing).
- Work across a wide range of Microsoft ecosystem tools used within the company
- Provide support and configuration assistance for security solutions such as Defender(Defender for endpoint, Defender for identity etc) Purview(eDiscovery, data governance, audit etc).
- Assist with basic networking tasks and troubleshooting, nice to have knowledge on NGFW not limit to Palo Alto, Fortinent, Checkpoint, Meraki.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure administration, preferably in Microsoft-centric environment.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including hybrid deployment.
- Relevant M365 or Azure certifications.
- Exposure to Microsoft security tools such as Defender, Purview.
- Solid networking knowledge preferred(TCP/IP fundamentals, VLAN, routings, L3/L7 firewalls)
