Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for software, hardware, networking, and application issues.
- Monitor backup operations, disaster recovery processes, and storage utilization.
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate product issues when required.
- Document troubleshooting steps, technical procedures, and case resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in product testing, labs, and technical validation activities.
- Deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, and remote support channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a customer-focused technical support environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with backup and recovery technologies.
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of disaster recovery and data protection concepts.
