Overview:
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our team in Malaysia.
This role will focus on Honeywell control system support, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, on-site technical support, and participation in related control system projects. If you have solid industrial automation experience and are familiar with Honeywell platforms, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support for Honeywell control systems
- Participate in control system related projects and provide on-site support
- Prepare technical documents such as maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and service reports
- Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable system performance
- Work closely with customer technical teams to resolve system-related issues
- Support testing, commissioning, upgrading, and modification activities when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Chemical Automation, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or control systems
- Familiar with Honeywell systems; maintenance or site support experience is preferred
- Familiar with at least one of the following Honeywell systems: TPS, APC, FSC, PKS, or SM
- Experience in Honeywell TDC3000 maintenance or system modification is an added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
- Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid legal working rights in Malaysia are preferred
