We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Engineer to support and enhance our in-house systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain in-house software and reporting systems
- Provide support and troubleshooting for applications and system issues
- Manage and maintain MS SQL databases and system uptime
- Gather user requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Develop and support reports with accurate and timely data
- Work with external vendors for system implementation and validation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in system development using Visual Basic / .NET / C# and MS SQL
- Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS or Android) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Windows Server environment
- Able to work independently and willing to learn new technologies
