System Integrator

• The Integration Lead is responsible for end-to-end ownership of banking interfaces across digital channels, core systems, partner integrations, and enterprise platforms. This role ensures high-quality design, delivery, operations, and support of APIs, batch/file integrations, service interfaces, and system-to-system connectivity

• Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Design, Delivery & Governance

• Lead design and implementation of interfaces.

• Define API and schema governance standards.

• Manage interface lifecycle including reviews, UAT, and rollouts.

• Integration Support & Technical Coordination

• Provide integration support between source and destination systems.

• Coordinate with Integration PICs for technical alignment.

• Troubleshoot integration issues.

• Database & SQL Expertise

• Write and optimize SQL queries for interface needs.

• Validate stored procedures, views, tables.

• Support reconciliation and data investigations.

• File-Based Integration & Validation

• Validate interface file formats and completeness.

• Monitor batch job readiness and scheduler activities.

• Security, Access & Connectivity

• Validate firewall access, staging server access, and endpoint connectivity.

• Troubleshoot, certificates, and encrypted channels.

• Performance, Stability & Operations

• Ensure interfaces meet SLOs.

• Support monitoring, incident management, and RCA.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with business, operations, cybersecurity, and vendors.

Job Specification:

• 8–12+ years experience in integration roles.

• Strong SQL and integration middleware expertise.

• Knowledge of APIs, file transfers, firewall rules, and database structures.
